Mini iced cookies: Somewhere between a sugar cookie and shortbread, inspired by traditional Persian cookies made from chickpea and rice flours. Extremely popular with both kids and adults! Vegan royal icing; housemade naturally-colored coconut sprinkles or strawberry sugar sprinkles. [vegan, top-allergen-free] $6/dozen

Parisian macarons: Little almond meringue sandwiches. Many flavors and fillings available. [contains eggs, almonds; some fillings contain dairy] $12/dozen
